raccoon.ccf.outfits_ccfall(rv, ccfsum, ccfparsum, ccf, ccfpar, bxsum, bysum, bx, by, headerobs, filout)

Save CCF data in a FITS file.

Data saved:
  • Header of the observation -> Header of primary extension

  • RV -> axis

  • CCF sum -> data CCFSUM

  • CCF sum parameters -> header CCFSUM

  • CCF of each order -> data CCFO

  • CCF of each order parameters -> data ccfpar

  • Bisector (x and y) -> BISECTORSUM

    Note: Bisector data inverted wrt CCF data: axis contains flux and data contains RV (because bisector steps constant in flux, not in RV).
