outfits_ccfall
- raccoon.ccf.outfits_ccfall(rv, ccfsum, ccfparsum, ccf, ccfpar, bxsum, bysum, bx, by, headerobs, filout)
Save CCF data in a FITS file.
- Data saved:
Header of the observation -> Header of primary extension
RV -> axis
CCF sum -> data CCFSUM
CCF sum parameters -> header CCFSUM
CCF of each order -> data CCFO
CCF of each order parameters -> data ccfpar
- Bisector (x and y) -> BISECTORSUM
Note: Bisector data inverted wrt CCF data: axis contains flux and data contains RV (because bisector steps constant in flux, not in RV).
To read data use infits_ccfall.
